Our guest rooms are air conditioned, spacious, comfortable, modern & clean. Bathrooms are tiled and have hot water showers & flush toilets. We offer various room types so we have something to fit every budget. When booking directly with us our nightly rates include a vegetarian a la carte breakfast for 2 people. We also provide daily house-keeping, WIFI in our communal areas (and in most rooms), complimentary filtered volcanic spring water and our tour & transport organization service. Our all-weather 24-seat restaurant is fully screened and provides an abundance of natural air & light. Being located in a UNESCO Biosphere this is something quite important. Our restaurant is open from 7am daily and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. We offer a diverse range of cuisine with a focus on freshness and taste. Where possible we buy locally sourced organic ingredients. Our lounge bar with pool table, is THE place to relax after a full day of activities. Offering a selection of wines & cocktails in a relaxed vibe, we invite you to take advantage of our daily happy hours from 4pm – 6pm.

Xalli extends over 1 ½ acres and offers guests an up close and personal experience with nature. Our beautiful landscaped gardens are visited by various migratory birds and squirrels not to mention our neighbor’s chickens! Swim in or hike or even horse ride along the shores of Lake Nicaragua, the world’s 19th largest fresh water lake. Alternatively explore the islands many attractions by motorbike, scooter or ATV.
