Our guest rooms are air conditioned, comfortable, modern & clean. Bathrooms are tiled and have solar heated hot water showers & flush toilets. We offer various room types so we have something to fit every budget. When booking directly with us our nightly rates include a vegetarian a la carte breakfast for 2 people. We also provide daily house-keeping, WIFI in our communal areas (and in most rooms), complimentary filtered volcanic spring water and our tour & transport organization service. Whether you want to dine, work or simply relax, our beautiful 30-seat restaurant & lounge bar offer a beautiful and comfortable space overlooking Lake Nicaragua. Our menu is diverse and is made giving priority to local and fresh produce. Open from 6.30am daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Xalli extends over 1 ½ acres and offers guests an up close and personal experience with nature. Our beautiful landscaped gardens are visited by various migratory birds, squirrels turkeys & chickens! We even have a resident white rabbit who plays with our pet cat, Miska. Swim, hike or even horse-ride along the shores of Lake Nicaragua, the world’s 19th largest fresh water lake. Alternatively explore the islands many attractions by bicycle, motorbike, scooter, taxi or ATV.
